As the Figure above illustrates, Kasse Initiatives provides incremental process improvement support within a series of umbrella related activities. KI carries out assessments, assists in the action planning, and supports the implementation and deployment of the process improvement plans.
To ensure successful process improvement implementation, KI provides management, quality, engineering, and process training to ensure a common basis for improvement in select process areas. It also provides “hand-holding” consulting on a periodic and as-needed basis.
Rather than work with an organization and seek a “safe” pilot project, KI suggests working with an organization’s more critical projects, show short-term measurable results and then expand the scope of the process improvement initiative as needed.
